So sweet!

There isn't much to say about this picture. We just think it is too cute. She is a little lovebug! Posted by Picasa

I Got Behind!

Due to the fact that I got way behind updating our blog, I am posting this collection of random pictures taken over the last week. Some are from Sean's visit and the others are just hanging out at home. The picture of Emily in the green and pink is when she was really trying her best to move...somewhere, anywhere. She gets a bit frustrated these days because she is ready to be "on the go." But her body is having trouble following through with her brain's orders. The day that she was in that outfit was the day she went from sitting, to being on her knees, with her belly as the final destination.

I am thankful that at this point Emily seems to love reading. In the picture of us reading, she was intently listening to "Goodnight Moon" for about the 80th time.

I think one of my favorites is Emily sitting on her Daddy's shoulders. She LOVES to be up there! Although, it is a sacrifice for Derek as the other day she threw-up all over his head and shirt. It was not a pretty site! That is truly sacrificial love in action.

Uncle Sean Dropped In

We had a great time this past weekend with Derek's brother Sean. He was on his way to graduate school in Denver. He made a pit stop in Murfreesboro and we were able to have some fun before the rest of his cross-country move.

Emily had a big weekend of "firsts." Her uncle got to see her wave bye-bye for the first time and eat green beans for the first time. She also rolled over from her back to her tummy for the first time...FINALLY! She was proving to be a lazy little thing. But I guess when you are that chubby, it's hard to carry your weight.

Sean took some great pictures of Em while she was eating her prunes and green beans, hence the conglomeration of "yuck" that is all over her face. Derek and Sean took their usual "who is more massive" photo. I, of course, think Derek takes the cake. But Emily's thighs are way more impressive than either of the guys...I think they're jealous!

And last but not least, Derek could not have been happier to see his little girl behind the wheel of the car. He is hoping his passion for automibles has been passed onto her. I hate to admit it, but she was definitely loving being behind the wheel. What will I do with two car enthusiasts under one roof? All in all we had a terrific time all together. The only disappointing part of the visit was that Sean couldn't hang out a couple more days. We hope his time in Denver is exciting and that the Lord would order each of his steps. Uncle Sean...You are missed!!! We love you. And for now, that is all on the Kramer Front...

Judy Got "Hooded"

Yeah Judy!! These pictures are a little late, but hey look how long it took to start our blog. We had a great time getting to see Judy get her hood. We are so proud of her!!!! We know that it has been a huge sacrifice for her and Brett to walk through this time, but we also know that the Lord is going to bless them and use them in such amazing ways...all for His Glory! It is a joy and honor to have such precious friends that want to serve the Lord with the talents He has given them, even if it never means a house in the Waters. (That was just for you Dr. Judy Booty!) Although I think their mansion with The Big Guy upstairs will be way bigger than ours! Much love and congrats to the awesome Canadians that we love so dearly!!!!

The First Baby To Crawl...EVER!!

Emily began to "crawl" over the last couple of days. Really she is just
now getting up on her knees. She has been scooting backwards for some
time but this new amazing feat has been a joy to see. She is making new discoveries every single day. We are well aware that there will be some serious baby-proofing in the Kramer Casa in the days to come.

Okay, so as we go on and on about our new little baby wonder, it comes to mind how this fascinating little creature has changed our lives. I recall many times that I was in the presence of other mommies who would go on forever about the new miraculous feats of their very own "wonder babies." I would listen with a smile on my face all the while thinking, "Yeah, yeah and I bet your baby is the first to ever fill up a diaper." I know, I know its the painful truth. But the irony is, much to my surprise, I am now officially one of "those" moms. It really is a crazy thing, I do think my daughter is the first baby to EVER crawl or poop in the bathtub! So, please forgive us being so enamoured by our little one. Although we figure you must think she's pretty cute too or why would you be on this site? We're pretty sure that it's not because you want to check out the latest pics of me and Derek!

Recently, in the past 24 hours, I became aware that there are more of you than I originally thought that need an "Emily Fix."(see Posted Comments--OUCH!!!):):) I apologize. We just didn't want to assume that everyone else is as crazy as were are about little Emily Paige. We are humbled that so many of you love her so much! We will continue to update you with all of her many accomplishments...what is that I hear? I've got to run, Emily is playing Beethoven's Fifth for the first time...EVER!

Wide-eyed!

During a little "photo shoot" with Daddy, Emily was caught with several sweet little expressions. This is just one of those...a mix between "I'm cute" and "What is that flashing in my face?" We are still trying to figure out how our partially Korean baby ended up with blonde hair and blue eyes??? Posted by Picasa
WHAT A LIFE!!!! Emily definitely loved her first swim at her Grammy's house. We couldn't believe how chill she was. It was amusing for sure. We are getting her ready for the baby olympics as we speak! Posted by Picasa
Emily's 1st swim...I guess she was bored! Posted by Picasa
Well, we have finally stepped into this crazy world that we call blogging. Over the last 7 months we have talked many times about setting up a site for our newly expanded family of 3. So here we are! We are excited that we can keep in touch with everyone we love and miss so much.

Speaking of the last 7 months, God has been gracious! We were blessed with the healthy and uncomplicated birth of our incredibly precious baby girl on January 14 at 2:59 pm. She was a whopping 5lbs. 8oz. and more beautiful than we ever imagined. What an unbelievable amount of joy she has brought to our lives! We are growing closer as a family and learning more about each other every single day. Life is different for sure, but worth every sleepy morning and every stinky diaper. God is using that little life to mold us and strengthen us in huge ways. We are very thankful!

Emily continues to grow so fast. This site will definitely be a great way to share everything going on with all of us. Of course we will load it up with pictures of the chubby little munchkin for those of you that need your Emily fix, (namely Uncle Sean, Uncle Brandon, and Auntie Judy)! Please visit often and we will try to post frequently. Speaking of the poop machine, I believe she is in need!! ...So, I'm off to save the day or at least her crib sheet...
