We had a great time this past weekend with Derek's brother Sean. He was on his way to graduate school in Denver. He made a pit stop in Murfreesboro and we were able to have some fun before the rest of his cross-country move.
Emily had a big weekend of "firsts." Her uncle got to see her wave bye-bye for the first time and eat green beans for the first time. She also rolled over from her back to her tummy for the first time...FINALLY! She was proving to be a lazy little thing. But I guess when you are that chubby, it's hard to carry your weight.
Sean took some great pictures of Em while she was eating her prunes and green beans, hence the conglomeration of "yuck" that is all over her face. Derek and Sean took their usual "who is more massive" photo. I, of course, think Derek takes the cake. But Emily's thighs are way more impressive than either of the guys...I think they're jealous!
And last but not least, Derek could not have been happier to see his little girl behind the wheel of the car. He is hoping his passion for automibles has been passed onto her. I hate to admit it, but she was definitely loving being behind the wheel. What will I do with two car enthusiasts under one roof? All in all we had a terrific time all together. The only disappointing part of the visit was that Sean couldn't hang out a couple more days. We hope his time in Denver is exciting and that the Lord would order each of his steps. Uncle Sean...You are missed!!! We love you. And for now, that is all on the Kramer Front...

Saving Ivan (a different Ivan:)!
This sweet boy has turned 2 and in 2 very short years he will be transeferred to an adult mental institution unless his family comes for him! He has Apert Syndrome (click his pic to learn more) and is such a smart boy. Please consider giving to increase his grant through RR. Maybe the Lord is calling you to be his forever family! You could change this child's life!
